The Story Project is a creative initiative and not for profit organisation. In 2010, they asked us to develop their brand and build a website which would help them capture and share everyday people’s stories, providing a snapshot of life for the community and future generations.

I knew it would be a challenge to present to 30 tourism businesses on behalf of Sunshine Coast Destination. Facebook is a fast changing environment and with every attendee at a seemingly different level of familiarity with the world’s most powerful marketing tool, the 2 hour workshop wasn’t a complete success.
To help me answer questions, I had recruited someone who knows more about Facebook than I probably ever will – Annie Infinite from Saucy Social Media. There were lots of questions thrown at us on the night on a whole range of issues – some very specific, others more strategic. I am very grateful to Annie for giving up her time.
